1. User Agreement

Before registering or using this platform, please read this agreement carefully. Registration or use of the platform means you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms.

Account Registration

Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it updated.
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activities under their account.
Accounts must not be transferred, rented, or lent to others.

User Conduct

No malicious ordering or malicious cancellation.
No fake addresses or false information.
No malicious refusal of delivery.
No abuse of system loopholes.
No attack or interference with platform systems.
Violations may lead to account suspension/termination and refusal of service.

Service Scope

The platform provides product display, purchasing assistance, and delivery services.
The platform will try to maintain stable service but does not guarantee continuous supply or long-term stable prices.

Disclaimer

No liability for insufficient supply.
No liability for temporary store price adjustments.
No liability for logistics or delivery delays.
No liability for force majeure events.

Agreement Updates

The platform may update this agreement when needed. Updated terms are effective immediately upon publication.

Governing Law

This platform is governed by applicable laws and regulations of Kuwait.

2. Order Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before placing an order. Submitting an order means you agree to these terms.

Price Notice

Displayed prices are reference prices; final prices follow actual purchase prices.
Weight-based products are charged by actual weight.
Checkout subtotal excludes final weight-based charges.

Weight-Based Products

Fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood are weight-based items.
Displayed prices are usually reference unit prices; final fees are based on actual measured weight.

Product Images

Images are for reference only.
Actual packaging, batch, or specification may vary due to supply conditions.

Substitution

If items are out of stock, delisted, or fail quality standards, similar substitutions may be provided.
If users do not accept substitution, the item can be canceled.

Inventory

Website inventory is system inventory and for reference only.
Out-of-stock items may be canceled and refunded.

Order Changes/Cancellation

Procurement starts after order submission.
Confirmed orders are generally not freely modifiable.
Orders cannot be canceled once procurement has started.

Liability Limitation

No liability for insufficient supply.
No liability for temporary store price changes.
No liability for delivery delays.
No liability for force majeure events.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery Area

Delivery service is currently available within Kuwait only.

Delivery Fee

Orders below 20 KWD: delivery fee is 5 KWD.
Orders at or above 20 KWD: free delivery.

Delivery Time

Displayed delivery time is estimated only.
Actual delivery time may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, or peak order periods.

Undeliverable Cases

Incorrect address.
Unreachable phone number.
Address outside service range.
In these cases, the platform may cancel the order.

4. Refund Policy

退款与退货政策

Refundable Cases

Severely damaged products.
Clearly expired products.
Products clearly inconsistent with order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Fresh products.
Refrigerated/frozen products.
Opened food.
Delivery failure caused by user-side reasons.

Claim Window

Users must contact customer service within 24 hours after receipt.

Refund Method

Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

5. Privacy Policy

This platform values user privacy. Information provided by users will be protected under this policy.

Information Collection

Name, phone number, delivery address, and order details may be collected during registration/order.

Information Use

Information is used only for order processing, delivery contact, and customer service.

6. Payment Terms

Order Payment

Users agree to pay final actual procurement costs.

Payment Security

Use legal and authorized payment accounts only.
Risks/losses caused by user-side reasons are user responsibility.

Refund Processing

Refunds are returned to original payment method; processing time depends on bank/payment provider.

Abnormal Orders

The platform may pause processing for abnormal payment/system errors/suspected fraud.

Payment Responsibility

Users must provide valid payment information.
No platform liability for failures caused by wrong payment info, insufficient balance, or payment failure.
